Easily, though with one small caveat. The spell I know to accomplish this can be temporarily suppressed by one other spell. At least, it functions that way in my world.
However, to my knowledge I am the only person in Duplicity presently who could know that spell.

The spell itself isn't complicated but it does require a component that is consumed. I'll charge for those with a very small fee on top.

Very. At least here. At home it was often a bit more difficult.
